The hot rumour making round in Kollywood is that Mysskin would join the bandwagon of directors who have turned heroes. It is said that the distinctive director would become hero in his forthcoming movie 'Nandalala', which is said to be his dream movie.

It may be recalled that it was ‘Nandalala’, which Mysskin wanted to make after his maiden venture ‘Chiththiram Pesuthadi’. Since he did not get the support from the producers to make the movie, he postponed the idea and started 'Anjathey' starring Narain, Ajmal, Prasanna, and Vijayalakshmi. Following the huge success of 'Anjathey' he has got the producer to make ‘Nandalala’ and has started preparing for the movie.

The director, according to the grapevine, has approached some of the lead heroes to don the role but no one could oblige due to call sheet problems. So, the rumour says, Mysskin has decided to take up the role himself. Mysskin’s new look – shedding some weight, removing the beard and cutting down the hair – has been shown as a proof to this speculation.

The circle close to the director, however, says that it is unlikely that Mysskin acting as a hero. The film revolves around a child and hence there is no importance for the hero. There is a supportive role, which may be played by him, if he doesn’t get any suitable actor to handle the role, the sources say.

Nevertheless, there is little doubt that it will be Snightha, who charmed everyone by her lovely appearance in the song ‘Kaththazha Kannala’ in ‘Anjathey’.
