Actor-director and lyric writer Perarasu is all set to commence his next venture ‘Thiruttani’ starring Bharath.

The latest buzz doing rounds in Kollywood is that Perarasu is planning to try his luck in scoring music for the movie. He is known for his racy screenplay and high-pitched songs. In the company of music composers like Dheena and Srikanth Deva, he has rendered several hip-shaking numbers.

Sources close to Perarasu say that is contemplating to turn music director with the movie. Interestingly Perarasu has recently written lyric for half-a-dozen numbers in Rajathi Raja starring Lawrence Raghavendra in the lead role.

Perarasu's last directorial venture ‘Thiruvannamalai’ fizzled out at the box office. The movie was produced Kavithalaya and featured Arjun and Pooja Gandhi in the lead roles.
