‘Thalaivan Irukkinran’ to hit floors on March 9

Finally, it’s about Kamal Haasan Mania in tinsel town now as the Super Actor has completed the script and screenplay for ‘Thalaivan Irukkinran’, a remkae of Bollywood flick, ‘A Wednesday’. The Hindi version indeed won laurels across the globe for the new trend emphasized by debutant Neeraj Pandey.

Well, now with his ‘Marmayogi’ getting postponed due to unknown reasons, Kamal Haasan would start shooting ‘Thalaivan Irukkinran’ from March 9. Recently, the actor had fleeted to Cochin where he discussed the script at the new hotel which Mohanlal bought recently in Travancore. Mohanlal so excited about the gripping narration has given call sheet for 18 days. With the film hitting floors on March 9th, Mohanlal would complete his present project ‘Bhramaram’ and join the sets on March 23rd. Kamal Haasan’s close friend Chakri, an ad filmmaker wields megaphone for ‘Thalaivan Irukkinran’.

Buzz is that Nasser would play role of terrorist and Shriya Saran taking on the stand of a journalist. Earlier Kamal and Nasser had come together for the remake of another critically acclaimed Bollywood movie based on a similar theme, ‘Droh Kaal’, which was produced by Kamal in Tamil as ‘Kuruthipunal’.
