Many of us know Vijaya T Rajendar had never touched his on-screen pair in any of his movies. Perhaps toeing his line is Dhanush, who claims he has not touched Shriya Saran in his Pongal release 'Kutty'.

"Yes, you got it right. Though it is a love story, 'Kutty' has no intimate scenes. I have not even touched Shriya once for the movie. But still, the film has lot of romance," says the actor.

Saying an item number by Meghna Naidu will be one of the highlights, he adds: "One would not find the song odd while watching the movie. For it comes in a right place and at a right pace."

On working with filmmaker Mithran R Jawahar again and again, Dhanush says, "because he comes up with good scripts though they were inspired by Telugu movies. We both share a very good rapport and hence we continue our alliance."

The actor says 'Kutty' will be a perfect Pongal treat for everyone in the family. "One can watch the film with all elders and young ones in their families."
