Those in the industry could think twice before roping in Simran these days, blame the Âexorbitant price tag she reportedly quotes. But the actress seems to be clear about her plans to make her presence felt in Kollywood.
If sources are to be believed, the yesteryear heartthrob recently purchased a property in one of the hot and happening areas in Chennai, where she would construct a preview theatre and other facilities.
ÂThis is a longtime plan of Simran and her husband Deepak. They are keen at converting the property into a preview theatre, which would also house an edit suite and a dubbing studio. They are busy with preliminary works now, sources say.
On Simran donning the greasepaint again, they say, ÂThe actress is very particular that she should not repeat the ÂKicha Vayasu 16Â act again. Hence she is not accepting all the offers that come her way. In the meantime, she is now doing a television serial in Telugu.Â
