‘Vamsam’ the new movie by ‘Pasanga’ director Pandiraj has director Rajkumar as the wily villain.

Rajkumar is famous for directing the ‘Asathu Povathu Yaaru’ comedy show on Sun TV. He is also working on his first movie as director in the big screen. Reliable sources say that he was approached for the villain’s role for ‘Vamsam’ and he accepted the role for the movie that is also the debut of hero Arulnidhi, grandson of chief minister M.Karunanidhi. Sunaina is the heroine of the movie.

According to the director Pandiraj, ‘Vamsam’ is a movie in total contrast to his ‘Pasanga’. 90% of the shooting is complete. Currently the shooting is going on in Ramnad district. ‘Vamsam’ has music by Taj Noor, a former assistant of A R Rahman.
