After the stupendous success of Boss (A) Baskaran, Vasan Visual Ventures is ready to rock with their next film 'Vandhan Ventran'.

It is an emotional entertainer directed by Kannan who gave pretty decent films like Jayam Kondaan and Kanden Kadhalai before. Jeeva, Tapsee and Santhanam are the main characters in the film which guarantees for adequate entertainment.

Jeeva plays a boxer who goes to any extent to achieve his goal one it is set. Tapsee who debuts in Tamil with this film plays an architect.

As an assistant to Mani Ratnam, Kannan will not be satisfied with anything less than perfect. For Jeeva who plays a boxer the director is giving everything to make the character look just right. So Kannan arranged a professional boxer to train Jeeva to learn the nuances of the sport. That’s what you call characterization.

Kannan says the film will be a winner as it is taken from slices of life and very contemporary.
