Kollywood seems to be the launch pad for Mollywood actresses to reach Bollywood. Close on the heels of Asin, here comes Ananya, who is packing her bags off to the north.
The actress, whose performance in her recent Tamil film ÂSeedan has been received well, will share the screen space with Madhavan in a Hindi movie. And she is also learning the language.
Confirming this, Ananya says, ÂI am happy to act opposite Madhavan. I already know Hindi to a certain extent. But learning it again now to help myself on the sets of the movie.Â
Ananya, at the same time, also assures that she would continue doing south Indian films. ÂI am at present acting in Tamil, Telugu and Malayalam movies. My career has been shaping up good.Â
