Recently we had told you about Lawrence Ragavendra and a team of actors who came together for a prayer, and now the directors in the film industry unite to pray for the Superstar to regain his health soon.

Now it is the directors’ turn to turn out in full force to pray for the Superstar. Yesterday Kamala theatre witnessed a special meeting. Around 500 directors and more than a 1000 assistant directors got together to pray for the well-being of Superstar Rajinikanth. This huge get-together was headed by director Bharathiraja.

It was a special prayer meet by the directors of Tamil Nadu for the superstar of the state to get well and return home soon.

The event saw the presence of the head of the directors’ association Bharathiraja, who presided over the meeting. Also present were R.K. Selvamani, Ezhil, Balu Mahendra, S.A. Chandrasekar, Vikraman, K.S. Ravikumar, Vasanth, Cheran, S.P. Jananathan, Perarasu, Agathiyan, R.V. Udhayakumar, E. Ramadoss, Seenu Ramaswamy, Vettrimaran, A. Jagannathan, T.K. Shanmughasundaram, and Sasi Mohan.

This is a first of its kind gathering exclusively by the members of the directorial committee in the history of Tamil cinema to have joined together to pray for the superstar to regain his health!
