Kajal - Gallery

Kajal Agarwal who is all set to make her debut in Hindi with Ajay Devghn through 'Singham', a remake of Tamil hit 'Singam' that had Suriya and Anushka essaying lead roles, was roped in by director Puri Jagannadh for a movie in Telugu and Hindi, 'The Business Man'.

We can't really refer to this movie as a bi-lingual as the movie will not go in floors simultaneously in both languages, but will take place one after the other. This is to bring in some changes in the plot to suit the audience in both the places.

The Telugu film is to feature Mahesh Babu, whereas, the Hindi flick, bearing the same title was supposed to go on floors with Abhishek Bachchan and Kajal Agarwal. But there's a change in this front now...

Puri Jagannadh has revised his decision of featuring Kajal in the lead role of the Hindi version, opposite Abhishek. He cited the need of a 'fresh face' in Hindi and also expressed that he didn’t want the Hindi film to be seen as a replica of the Telugu one, by featuring Kajal.

The Telugu version will go on floors by September. Kajal is currently busy with work on KV Anand's 'Maatraan' where she is cast opposite Suriya Sivakumar.
