Bonhomie Premgi and Karthi

Most of the stars today have been twinkling little stars at a younger age, owing to their respective parents ruling the roost in the yesteryears. The celebrated sons Premgi and Karthi also fall under the same category.

Althought they studied two years apart in the same school, Premgi says that the two lost touch later. However, the duo has patched up once again in Venkat Prabhu's diet, 'Biriyani'. On the screen, the two play the roles of childhood friends. The two are reviving the old ties and bonding well. "The camaraderie is working out well on screen", says Premgi. The team is currently taking a break from shooting and will resume the action in April, once Karthi returns from Rajesh's project.
