Shankar Denies 'Indian' Sequel

Two months back, the news was around that soon after wrapping up 'I' with Vikram, director Shankar will be rolling out a sequel to 'Indian', and that he was roping in Suriya to play the role of Kamal Hassan's grandson in the sequel! But Shankar's camp has refuted all this. Speaking to the director's spokesperson revealed "Director Shankar is currently busy with 'I'. We will soon be starting the next schedule of shooting for the film; meanwhile the post-production work is also being carried simultaneously. He is not toying with any new ideas now. He will prepare his next script only after he is done with one project."
