Director Selvaraghavan is coming back to Kollywood with a bang after a considerable hiatus. With expectations mounting on the release of the period-set movie 'Irandam Ulagam', there is a lot of speculation on the out-of-the-box story line the film carries.

Starring Arya and Anushka in the lead on very different roles, the film has come to life after getting stalled nearly six times for various reasons. Shot as a Tamil-Telugu bilingual, the film will be released in five more languages internationally, on 22nd November. Now Arya has taken over a portion of the responsibility, snapping the distribution rights of the movie in Singapore and Malaysia.
