Ajith Veeram released for this Pongal and the neat family entertainer directed by Siruthai Siva has been declared a superhit. While the film is still running in a few theaters crossing the 50 day mark, its debbed version in Telugu, titled Veerudokkade is going to release on March 21.

Earlier the Telugu version of Veeram was supposed to release on the same day with its Tamil version. But due to unavoidable reasons the release in Telugu had been postponed.

Veeram had Tamanna playing the lead female role and music by Devi Sri Prasath. While Ajith enjoys a good market share in Andhra Pradesh, Siruthai Siva, Tamanna and Devi Sri also have fan following in the Telugu speaking state. So the trade prospects of 'Veerudokkade' are as bright as its original.
