NTR Jr is certainly a force to reckon with in Tollywood. Despite an unseemly bulk, the young hero has created a mass audience for his brand of bashing and bravado acting.

Despite the fact that his last release (Sambha) was just an average grosser, NTR Jr has not tried to change his style of acting or change his style of films. His next release (Alludu) is also going to be a 'mass entertainer' (trade lingo for masala movies).

His new movie under B Gopal that was clapped off yesterday is also going to be an unabashed potboiler.

NTR Jr is not worried that he is being typecast in typical roles --- an angry young man fighting for justice one way or the other. He says it may seem like a formula. But when it works why bother.

About his new movie NTR Jr says it is a powerful one with his character hogging the centrestage. The movie has two parts --- one in rural background and the other in the city.

Now, Gopal is a past master in churning out such potboilers.

NTR Jr, who has worked with him previously, is happy with the state of affairs in his career.

He doesn't feel the need to change. His motto now is: why fix it when it isn't broken.
