Based on a true story - a tamil teenage love affair with a twist - Aishwaraya is the spolied but lonely doughter of the local mafia Don. When she and her school mates are out teasing traffic she inadvertently causes an accident and literally bumps into a young street mechainc Murugan who scolds her soundly Aish is shocked, but going home she just con't get him out of her head.

A mega - crush develops and she turns up at his garage each day. Murugan is confused by this smiling straker, but confident Aish chats him up and he is soon won over. The two young people from different sides of the tracks begin meeting secretly, and full-scale love in all its electrifying splendour hits them head on.

Knowing they can never be together in their small town they make a pact to elope, but as their bus pulls away from the station heading for the big city, Aish's daddy from hell finds out.

Sakthivel deftly adapts the formulas of Tamil commercial cinema to combine graphic realism, unadulterated joy and seismic action sequences, spun together with some wildcard editing and sparkling photograhy .
