Gopichand, who earned mass image with his recent flicks 'Yagnam' and 'Ranam' is playing hero in the direction of Chandrasekhar Yeleti, who became popular and proved himself as a technical director with his films 'Aithe' and 'Anukokunda Oka Roju'.

The film is most likely to go to sets in this week. The film, which runs in the backdrop of mafia is being produced by T Chiranjeevi.

Famous Bollywood director Mahesh Manjrekar is playing a key character in the film. Neha Julka, a new face is being introduced as heroine through this film.

The film which is going to launch its shooting this week at Vizag would be released in January as 'Sankranthi' gift. 'Keka' is the title under consideration for the film.
