Court clears Saif, Bebo

A complaint was lodged against Saif Ali Khan and Kareena Kapoor for appearing in obscene manner in Kurbaan (semi-nude pose), which is slated to hit theatres this week.

However when the petition came up for hearing, the Magistrate in suburban Kurla rejected the complaint saying no offence had been made out against the film.

The petitioner had sought action under the provisions of IPC saying they have indulged in obscenity.

But troubles seems to chase the movie as a petition has been filed at the High Court saying two songs in the film hurt sentiments of the Muslim community.
