At the current scenario, many actresses get faded out even before they complete five years in the industry and nine years is considered as a very long time.
Even if they do exist in the industry after this long time, they do not get lead actress roles and would end up doing only character roles. But this is different in the case of Anushka. She has been enjoying the best phase of her career now.
She is acting as the lead actress in huge budgeted historical films like 'Baahubali' and 'Rudramadevi' now in Telugu and she has been selected to play the lead role opposite Super Star Rajinikanth in his upcoming flick in K.S.Ravikumar's direction. Now the latest news is that she has been finalized as the heroine in Ajith and Gautam Vasudeva Menon's film, the working title of which is 'Thala 55'. A.R.Rahman will compose the music for this film.
Any way Anushka is a very lucky heroine and she seems very happy with these exciting offers.
