Nanditha, who attracted everyone with her performance in films like 'Prema Katha Chitram', 'Lovers' etc, has acted as the elading lady in a film titled 'Ramleela'. This film, starring Havish and Abhijith in the lead roles, is releasing on Feb 27th. Nanditha talks about the film, her role etc in an interview with us.

How was the journey of 'Ramleela' started ?

When director Sripuram Kiran approached me and narrated the story, I liked the story and the way he narrated very much. Every character in the film has got importance and so I signed the film.

How will be your role in the film ?

The story revolves around three characters. Havish, Abhijith and I played those roles. This is a love story, but not a triangular love story. It is a mature love story and has got many surprising elements. Director wrote the story based on some true incidents that happened in U.S.A. I play Sasya, a college student. The entire story revolves around my character.

What are the elements you liked when you heard the story ?

This is a road journey movie. A journey starts after the first 30 minutes of the movie. I loved the point of the film. This is a family drama with all the elements like love, action and comedy. There are a lot of surprises in the film. I liked all the elements in this film.

All your previous films are love stories. How different will be this film ?

Though all my previous films are love stories, I played different roles. This film is a mature love story and my role will be different.

How was the working experience with Havish and director Sripuram Kiran ?

Havish is a very easy going person and very good co-star. He worked very hard for the fights and dances in this film. He will immediately go into the character once the camera rolls. He raised the level of this film with his energy. It was a nice working experience with him.

Though Sripuram Kiran is debuting as director with this film, he worked in the direction department of big directors and that experience has come in handy for him. He worked as if he is an experienced director. The audiences will also get the same feel when watching the film.

What are the other highlights in this film ?

Every department worked well for this film. S.Gopal Reddy took the film to a new level with his superb photography. Chinna's music is also one of the highlight. The audio is a good success. The Pre Climax and Climax will be the highlights. No film has come with a storyline like this. It will be a very different film.

How are the production values of Dasari Kiran Kumar ?

Dasari Kiran Kumar took care of our entire unit right from the start to the completion of the film. He didn't compromise any where regarding the production values.

What are your next projects ?

'Ramleela' is releasing on Feb 27th and I am also awaiting the release of 'Krishnamma Kalipindhi Iddharini'. Two projects are in discussion stages and are yet to be confirmed.
