After a not so impressive impressive debut with 'Mukunda', Varun Tej has teamed up with director Krish for a movie, which is titled as 'Kanche'.

The film is said to be in the backdrop of World War II and Varun Tej plays a soldier. Pragya Jaiswal paired up with Varun for this movie. The second schedule of the film started in Tatipaka and Varun Tej said that he is loving the picturesque locations of the village and the places around.

Rajeev Reddy is producing this film on First Frame Entertainments banner.
