After facing problems with the GHMC regarding the illegal constructions at N Convention centre few months ago, Akkineni Nagarjuna is once again in legal trouble.

As the Akkineni family members failed to repay Rs.32.3 crores they owe to Andhra Bank and Rs.29.76 crores to Indian Bank, the authorities have seized the actor's Annapurna 7 acres studio in Hyderabad. The banks have jointly released a notice in newspaper that they have seized the property on March 20th and warned against any business transactions by third parties.

In the notice, the banks said that though they issued notices to Nagarjuna, Venkat, Supriya, Nimmagadda Prasad, Naga Susheela and Venkat Roddam, there is no response from them and so they have decided to seize the 7 acres studio. Akkineni family members are trying to solve the issue soon.
