No, it's not for a film. It's for a life. A child's life. Akkineni Akhil rode an auto in Khammam to do his bit to contribute to the expenses of a child's surgery.

Earning Rs. 3000 by riding auto, the fledgling actor gave away the money to Lakshmi Manchu's Memu Saitham.

The representative of Manchu's charitable organization said that all the needed Rs. 3 lacs will be handed over to the child's parents.

Two days ago, Rakul famously sold vegetables at KPHB in Hyderabad to contribute for a similar charitable purpose.
