Re-recording is in progress for 'Sri Satyanarayana Swamy' directed by Nagesh Naradasi and produced by CS Rao and Amuri Madhusudan on the banner of Kartika Films with Suman in the title role and Krishna in a key role.

The film had completed its shooting recently.

Producers say, 'Suman is playing the role of Sri Satyanarayana Swamy, a combined avatar of Lord Brahma, Vishnu and Maheswara. Why he was forced to do such avatar and why the people are doing his vratam is the subject. There is a seven minute long song on the Satyanarayana Swamy vratam and its mahatmyam. There are 12 songs in the film and Vandemataram Srinivas gave melodious tunes to all the songs. The audio sales were superb and over one lakh cassettes were already sold out. The film has a 45-minute graphic work. We are planning to release the film in the third week of January after completing all the post-production formalities.'
