The Telugu Mahasabhas of the 'Telugu Association of North America' (TANA) would be held at Washington from July 5 to 7. It is a custom to invite the prominent personalities, including several film artistes, from the Telugu film industry of Andhra Pradesh to the Mahasabhas.

Those who are going to attend the TANA Mahasabhas in Washington included Yuva Ratna Nandamuri Balakrishna, Prince Maheshbabu, Ileana, Paruchuri Brothers, MS Reddy, Muralimohan, Sunil, Ali, Raghubabu, Sangeeta, Manisharma, Ramana Gogula, YVS Choudary, MS Raju, Dil Raju, Usha, Mallikarjun, Karunya, Sunitha and others.

It is learnt that the film artistes are also taking part in cultural programme. While Balakrishna is playing in a mono-action as 'Suyodhana', Maheshbabu is shaking his legs for a song.

Not only people from film industry but several other politicians are also attending the TANA meet.

Prominent among them are former Chief Minister Nara Chandrababu Naidu, mimicry Harikrishna, popular stage artiste Gummadi Gopalakrishna, Avadhani Medasani Mohan and others.
