In the new version of Maro Charitra, Shraddha Das is playing an interesting role. She is playing that of Madhavi's in the original version, and is named Sandhya.

In fact, she is said to be the first choice of the director and Dil Raju, who zeroed down on her for the role.

It is to be seen if Shraddha adds an angle of oomph to the role, as it is a key role in the second part of the film. The chemistry she strikes with Varun is pretty important too.
