Super Star Rajinikanth’s ‘Yanthram’ is fast finishing and according to its director Shankar, the movie only has a song left.

According to the director, the film’s edited version has been sent to Rahman for background music, rerecording and Resul Pookutty for sound effects. Apparently the director is waiting to shoot the last song and special effects for the climax. Once all that is done, the movie will be complete he adds.

According to sources near to the film unit, the movie has come out exceedingly well and it would be one of Indian cinema’s biggest hits.

The producers of the movie, Sun Pictures want to promote the movie in the biggest way possible. On the second Sunday in July, a live event will be aired on Sun TV with its lead pair- Rajinikanth and Aishwarya along with director Shankar and cinematographer Rathnavel. Unique promotional strategies will be implemented for the movie, it seems.
