Rajanna has been amassing all the plaudits from every corner. After ANR, it is the turn of SS Rajamouli to lavish panegyrics on Vijayendra Prasad's masterstroke. He begins by asking us to take a bow and make way for Annie, the most important discovery since Savithri garu and Suryakantham garu.

"Telugu industry hasn't seen such an excellent actress since Savithri garu and Suryakantham garu. Take a bow. Little girl, we are proud of you," he said. He also opined that the film would not have been made without Nagarjuna. "If not for Nagarjuna, the film would not have seen the light of the day. Call it his intelligence, call it his smartness, call him a man with a vision. Thank you, sir," he said in his laudatory remarks in hail of Nag.

He did not forget to raise a toast for the brilliance of MM Keeravani. Be it a historical, devotional, folklore, mythological or any subject that is embedded in the roots of the culture, Rajamouli gushed, only Keeravani can do full justice. Only he could understand, feel, compose and elevate the film.

He is also proud of his father, who is the visualizer of the phenomenal film. "It requires guts and conviction to visualize and execute a film like Rajanna. Nanna garandee, I am proud to be your son", he remarked.
