Vakkantham Vamsi, who has provided the scripts for the films like 'Ashok', 'Kick', 'Oosaravelli', 'Yevadu' etc, will be directing Young tiger NTR soon.

Vakkantham Vamsi says, " I have worked as a writer for a few films and NTR has given me the chance of directing him. He asked me to prepare a good story about two and half years back. I have prepared many lines, but the story which suites NTR has got ready now. The movie will raise the image of NTR further. I am confident that I will keep up the trust kept on me by NTR ".

NTR is currently working for 'Ramayya Vasthavayya' in the direction of Harish Shankar and the regular shooting of his 'Rabhasa' in Santhosh Srinivas's direction will start soon. Vakkantham Vamsi's film will be launched after these two films.
