12 new cases in AP overnight

A health bulletin by the government has on Friday said that 12 new corona positive cases were registered in Andhra Pradesh from 10 PM Thursday to 9 AM Friday. In total, there are 161 positive cases in the State.

Nellore with 32 cases is the highest. Krishna's 23, Guntur's 20, Kadapa's 19, Prakasam's 17, West Godavari's 15, Vizag's 14, and 9 each in Chittoor and East Godavari, 2 in Anantapur and 1 in Kurnool complete the picture.

The State has also witnessed the unfortunate demise of a positive patient.
