A 25 year old actress has been arrested for allegedly abusing a minor girl working as her domestic help. According to the police complaint the actress has been harassing the girl for some time and on Sunday had allegedly hit her with a footwear and then disrobed her and shot photos and videos

It is said that the young girl had to take medical treatment for the wound from the footwear that the actress used to hit her. The elder sister of the girl had then taken her to the cops and they lodged the complaint.

The actress who lives in an apartment building in Versova, Mumbai is trying to make a breakthrough in Bollywood. According to eyewitnesses she was aware of the girl being a minor and still employed her illegally.

Mumbai police have booked the actress under Sections 326 (assault), 354 (B) (Assault or use of criminal force to woman with intent to disrobe), and 504 (intentional insult) of the IPC and also under the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act (POCSO).
