402 of 743 employees of TTD have recovered from Covid-19

Tirumala is in the news over hundreds of confirmed coronavirus cases two months after it was opened for devotees. Official figures have said that about 743 employees of the Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanams have tested positive for the coronavirus since June 11.
Of these, three employees have died. In this regard, it's important to note that as many as 402 have reportedly recovered from the virus.
Among those infected are sanitation workers, regular workers and others.
On average, 12,000 devotees have prayed at the world-famous temple on a daily basis since June 11.
