One of the first celebrities from Kollywood to have tested positive for Coronavirus happened to be actor Vishal and his father, producer GK Reddy, and Vishal had revealed in July via social media that they had contracted the virus and recovered through Ayurvedic treatment.
Now the 82 year old GK Reddy has shared his fitness routine on social media and his impressive fit physique has stunned netizens. GK Reddy reportedly focuses on health and indulges in exercises every day which keeps him fit even at 82, and has been an inspiration for action Hero Vishal.
GK Reddy has been sharing tips to stay healthy through videos on YouTube and posts his workout videos explaining how to stay fit by doing them at home without the necessity to go to gyms.
