A call from Chiranjeevi Aadhi won't forget

Aadhi Pinisetty has been upbeat for a reason since yesterday. The reason is that he has been receiving a number of phone calls ever since the release of Sarrainodu. "This is the first time in my career that I am receiving these many calls. Even Tamil audience are liking this commercial mass entertainer. Some of them are comparing me with Aravind Swamy in Thani Oruvan," a seemingly cheerful Aadhi says.

The likes of VV Vinayak have called him, but it's Chiranjeevi's appreciation that he will cherish for a long time. "Chiranjeevi garu spoke with me for five minutes on call. He didn't give me space to talk. He was praising my body language, diction and role. He called me for the first time. I don't know if I will get a greater role or not," he says.

As Vairam Dhanush, Aadhi plays a ruthless villain who hates someone touching his clients, much less him. His face-off with Allu Arjun's character ends in a total rout for him.

Prince promotes environmental consciousness

Unlike in Bollywood, activist celebs are fewer to come by in the Telugu film industry.  The likes of those who are actively engaged in some cause throughout the year (like Amala Akkineni), are a rarity here.  Of late, big stars like Victory Venkatesh have admirably associated themselves with marathons like 10K Run.
