A 'magical' launch

Nowadays we are witnessing novel ways of movie launches and audio releases with grandeur and innovation being the key. 'Kanthasamy' movie launch, for example, was marked by an announcement of a rural welfare scheme sponsored by the unit. Now it is the turn of 'Poochandi' team.

'Poochandi' was launched with a grand and spectacular magic show in front of around 200 school children in Chennai on Sunday morning (December 16). The movie is jointly launched by Nag Ravi’s Insight Media and Sachin Creaters.

Since the function was a treat to the children, everyone thought that the target audiences of the movie would be children. No, said director Ashok Raj. The movie, according to him, would be loved by everyone including children. The magic and dance show were organized to make it a different fare, Ashok clarified.

Ashok Raj has the experience of working with directors Murugadoss and Praveen Kanth.

Nag Ravi had earlier announced that the names of the actors playing hero and heroine will be announced on the inaugural day. But the suspense was not revealed in the function.
