Huge disappointment for A. R. Rahman fans

A.R. Rahman, following his twin Oscar win for his 'Slumdog Millionaire' also was in the list of probables for Best Original Score and Best Song categories for his 'Pelé: Birth of a Legend'.

However the final list of nominations for Oscars 2017 was released yesterday and much to the disappointment of the Isaipuyal fans his name is not found in both the categories. Not to worry folks as Rahman is scoring for 'Viceroy's House' (English) and Beyond the Clouds' directed by acclaimed Iranian director Majid Majidi which sure sound like Oscar material for next year.
