Amidst young directors making their foray into Kollywood is Nandha Periyasamy, a scribe turned director.

He is currently directing Arya-Sonia Agarwal for his movie Oru Kalorien Kathai .

he is extremely thrilled about his venture. "It is a campus love story which is sure to enthrall audience. It is a soft love story sure to kindle the feelings of everyone's college and school days".

Arya, has become a big a hit following his Arindhum Ariyamalum while Sonia Agarwal impressed with her role gave bulk dates for the movie. Yuvan Shankar’s music too has come good.

The movie has a big star cast which includes Mouli, Charlie, Santhanam, Periyardasan, Jayaverma among others.
