The release date of Jayasurya starrer 'Aadu 2', the sequel to 'Aadu Oru Bheekara Jeevi Aanu', was unveiled immediately after the movie was announced. Directed by Mithun Manuel Thomas, the prequel 'Aadu Oru Bheegara Jeevi Aanu' was a non-brainy comedy entertainer which became a torrent hit after being crushed at the box office. However, the movie's sequel 'Aadu 2' is one of the most - anticipated movies of recent times.
Slated to release on December 22nd, the sequel is yet another episode of Shaji Pappan's life and is going to be a colourful mass action comedy. 'Aadu 2' will have all the actors from its prequel reprising their roles while Anson and Appani Sarath are the only addition to the cast. Produced by Vijay Babu's Friday Films, 'Aadu 2' has music by Shaan Rahman.
