Aamir has his hands full

  • IndiaGlitz, [Wednesday,April 30 2008]

Because Aamir Khan is nowadays seen in a new hair style that is supposed to be his character's hair make over for a part in the superstar's new film 'Gajini', it is quite predictable that this film will appear in the screens soon.

The perfectionist also seems to be in a hurry to wrap up the remaining work as soon as possible.

Only some days back he was seen receiving the Deenanath Mangeshkar award with an injured leg.

Now the shooting of 'Gajini' has started again.

'Gajini' which like any other Aamir Khan movie has created its share of discussions and the novelties like a new heroine Asin's debut as Aamir's lady love and of course the new look of the star.

The work on 'Gajini' is gaining pace also due to a new khan's soon to be released film.

'Jaane Tu Ya Jaane Na' is the debut film of Aamir's nephew Imran Khan and the Bollywood superstar has taken the responsibility of giving his nephew a great launch pad just like his entry with 'Qayamat se Qayamat thak'.

Just like the simple boy next door characters that Aamir gave life to and entered the hearts of people, Imran's character is also said to be that of a very common boy.

In the promotional reels of Imran's debut film which have started to come in the channels, there is an element of innovativeness in the way in which Imran is shown as a muscular hunk in the beginning and later presented in his real self.

Aamir Khan is said to have a good role in the creation of this promotional video and is giving personal attention for almost every other detail of the film.

The versatile actor it seems doesn't want to take any chances when it comes to launch the grand son of Nasirsahib who gave him his first break with 'Qayamat se Qayamat tak'.

Aamir Khan even went to the extent of bringing back Mansoor Khan, the veteran director who gave Aamir his first two blockbusters from his self imposed exile to handle the production tasks of his nephew's new film.

So even while shooting for 'Gajini' in Hyderabad Aamir is multi tasking with handling preparations for the release of 'Jaane Tu Ya Jaane Na' soon after 'Gajini' is wrapped up.

The film is not only the entry vehicle of his nephew into Bollywood but also is his third home production after the over whelming success of the first two films.

So overall 'Jaane Tu Ya Jaane Na' has the burden of making a Bollywood hero out of Imran Khan, a consecutive third super hit film for Aamir Khan's production company and a memorable and successful directorial debut for Abbas Tyrewala riding on its back.

As with Aamir Khan's movies and productions, we have always got the best of creative works.

So, let's expect the same.
