Aamir Khan meets the first lady of Turkey!

Bollywood actor Aamir Khan met Emine Erdoğan at the presidential residence in Istanbul on the 15th of August,2020. Emine Erdoğan is the first lady of Turkey and the wife of the president of Turkey Recep Tayyip Erdogan.
On his trip to Turkey to resume the filming of his next, Aamir Khan appealed to meet the first lady of Turkey. From their meeting, it is known that they had been sharing talks over the projects and schemes launched by the actor and his wife. The actor had also mentioned about his wife Kiran Rao’s short stay in Turkey.
Emine Erdoğan took to twitter and posted a few pictures with a message saying, “I had the great pleasure of meeting @aamir_khan, the world-renowned Indian actor, filmmaker, and director, in Istanbul. I was happy to learn that Aamir decided to wrap up the shooting of his latest movie ‘Laal Singh Chaddha’ in different parts of Turkey. I look forward to it!”
Laal Singh Chaddha is an adapted Hindi version of the film Forrest Gump released in 1994. This film has Kareen Kapoor playing opposite Aamir Khan. It is announced that the film will be out in theatres for Christmas 2021.
