Akshay Kumar's 'Kesari' First Look Out And You Can't Afford To Miss It!

Akshay Kumar’s ‘Kesari’ First Look Out And You Can’t Afford To Miss It!

Bollywood Superstar Akshay Kumar has several times won million hearts with his Punjabi characters. He indeed is a ‘Singh Is Kinng’ who now has a new love at the movies in the form of unshakable patriotism. The current addition and the much-awaited film ‘Kesari’s first poster was out on the occasion of Saragarhi day. And what better day would be there!

Taking to his social media, Akshay who was super-elated to unveil the first look shared the look and captioned, “On #SaragarhiDay, here’s the first look of #KESARI - our humble tribute to the martyrs of Saragarhi! “Aaj meri pagdi bhi Kesari...Jo bahega mera woh lahu bhi Kesari... Aur mera jawaab bhi Kesari.” In the poster, Akki can be seen in a complete Kesari look along with his brigade.

This is Khiladi Kumar’s second film with Dharma Productions, that also features Parineeti Chopra. Dharma Productions tweeted, “On the occasion of #SaragarhiDay this year, याद रखो #Kesari का रंग और उसकी शान!” Directed by Anurag Singh, ‘Keasri’ is based on the Battle of Saragarhi in which 21 Sikhs fought valiantly against 10,000 Afghans in 1897. The film which is set in the 1890’s is scheduled to release on 15th August 2019.
