Abbai Class-Ammayi Mass on Feb 5

Varun Sandesh's next film is titled as Abbai Class-Ammayi Mass. Also starring Hari Priya, the film is slated for Feb 5 release. Directed by Koneti Sreenu, it is produced by Lakshmana Khyadari of Mem Vayasuku Vaccham fame.

Shekar Chandra is the music director, and it is a big film of his after Mem Vayasuku Vaccham.

Ali, Srinivas Reddy, Prabhas Sreenu, Sri Lakshmi are part of the cast.

Dialogues are by Sai Krishna. Editing is by Praveen Pudi. Cinematography is by Sai Sriram. Lyrics are by Bhaskarabhatla. Music is by Shekar Chandra.

Kamal agrees to trim bits of Viswaroopam

Though initially it was thought that the court would give a judgement on the ban, it has advised Kamal Haasan to engage the Muslim leaders who have raised objections against the film. It was widely speculated that Kamal agreed to crop off a few selected scenes from his "Viswaroopam". After the Press Meet held at his place today, Kamal himself clarified the issue.

This is hounding an artist: CBFC chairperson

The chairperson of the Central Board of Film Certification (CBFC), Leela Samson was shocked upon hearing about the ban of Kamal's "Viswaroopam". The movie was to be released on the 25th of January but was banned in fear of religious unrest in Tamil Nadu.
