Kamal agrees to trim bits of Viswaroopam

Though initially it was thought that the court would give a judgement on the ban, it has advised Kamal Haasan to engage the Muslim leaders who have raised objections against the film. The chairperson of the Central Board of Film Certification (CBFC), Leela Samson was shocked upon hearing about the ban of Kamal's "Viswaroopam". The movie was to be released on the 25th of January but was banned in fear of religious unrest in Tamil Nadu.
