Vishal's mentor as his villain in 'Irumbu Thirai'

A few weeks back it was announced that actor Arya who was supposed to play the lead villain to his contemporary hero Vishal in 'Irumbu Thirai' has quit the project.

Now sources reveal that senior hero Arjun will be playing the lead baddie in 'Irumbu Thirai'. If this news becomes true, it will be the first time the Action King will be sharing screen space with Vishal who has worked as his associate director in the past.

'Irumbu Thirai' will be directed by P.S.Mithran and it will have Samantha as the female lead. Yuvan Shankar Raja, George C.Williams and Ruben will be in charge of music, cinematography and editing for this exciting project.
