Update on Siruthai Sivas brother actor Balas current health status after liver transplant surgery

Actor Bala the younger brother of top director Siruthai Siva made his film debut with the Telugu film '2 Much'. He has acted as hero in many films in Tamil cinema after that such as 'Anbu', 'Kadhal Kisukisu', 'Amma Appa Chelam', 'Kalinga' and 'Manjal Veiyil'. He later stepped into Malayalam cinema and became a leading actor with consecutive hits and settled in Kerala.

After a gap Bala returned to Tamil cinema playing one of the younger siblings of Ajith in 'Veeram' and Superstar Rajinikanth's 'Annaathe' both directed by Siruthai Siva. A few days ago, Bala was admitted to a hospital in Kochi due to a liver problem. The doctors who examined him advised that he should undergo a liver transplant immediately. After that, Bala, who was waiting for liver donation, was being treated continuously in the ICU.

Bala recently released a video from the hospital and revealed that he was ready to undergo liver transplant and he might not survive. He requested his second wife who is a doctor that if that is the case she should remarry. Now the update has come that Bala's liver transplant surgery is successful and he will be under post operative care in ICU for some time.

Fans have expressed their happiness over the good news and have started congratulating Bala and wished him a speedy recovery and return as an actor soon. Siruthai Siva is currently directing Suriya and Disha Patani in the big budget fantasy adventure film 'Suriya 42'. Since the shooting will go on for another six months there is a chance of Bala making a special appearance in this much awaited biggie.
