Navya Nair opened her heart recently to a media channel that Dileep is behind all the happiness and goodness in her life.She debuted to movies in 2001 through Ishtam' directed by Sibi Malayil. It was Dileep who decided to cast her in this film. There started her success story as an actress and if it did not have happened she is not sure what she would have become by now.
She did a handful of roles with Dileep like Mazhathullikilukkam, Kalyana Raman, Kunjikunnan, Gramaphone, Pattanathil Sundaran, Pandipada & Kerala Café. As an actress she was very active in Malayalam film industry from the period 2001 to 2010. Navya bagged the best actress award from state government for the movie Nandanam opposite to Prithviraj and directed by Ranjith. She has acted will almost all the leading actress of Mollywood.
