Actor Karthi and music composer Yuvan Shankar Raja are close friends in the Tamil film industry. The stars were schoolmates once and are now one of the most celebrated duos in Kollywood. They have worked together in 'Paruthiveeran', 'Paiya', 'Naan Mahaan Alla', 'Biriyani' and now in 'Viruman'.

Recently, Karthi surprised Yuvan on stage with a lavish gift as a token of love. The versatile actor presented the little maestro with a luxury watch as the latter completes 25 years in his cinema career. This incident happened at the Yuvan 25 event that took place on 7th May at YMCA Grounds, Chennai.

The picture of Karthi presenting Yuvan the watch is currently going viral on social media. The photo is doing rounds on the internet among the fans. The promo of the first single, 'Kanja Poovu Kannala', from Karthi-Yuvan's 'Viruman' was released recently and emerged as a chartbuster.
