Actor Kishore, who had acted in few Kannada movies and Telugu movies had entered Tamil film industry with the Vetrimaaran directed 2007 superhit Polladhavan and went on to become one of the most sought after actors of the industry.

After receiving acclaim for his performances in movies like Vada Chennai, Aadukalam, Visaranai, Jayam kondan, House Owner, Vennila Kabaddi Kuzhu etc, the actor has now taken a new avatar of a director.

Kishore was acting in a movie named Kadhavu directed by debutant Rakav, and this movie was also having Anupama kumar as the female lead. Now, as Rakav has left the project due to other commitments, kishore has now taken over the project as the director and the movie has now been renamed as Black and white.
