Gautham Menon has been busy as a bee during the lockdown making and releasing the short film 'Karthik Dial Seiydha Yenn' with music by A.R. Rahman and starring Simbu and Trisha. He also produced and directed the music video 'Oru Chance Kudu' featuring Shantanu Bhagyaraj, Kalai Arasan and Megha Akaash.

GVM's upcoming movie is 'Joshua Imai Pol Kaaka' produced by Vels Films International and starring Varun and newcomer Raahei in the lead roles. The single "Naan Un Joshua" written by Vignesh Shivan and music composed by Karthik has just been released and has been well received.

Gautham Menon has announced that actor Krishna is playing the villain in 'Joshua Imai Pol Kaaka' and has shared "It’s also the time to introduce Krishna as the villain in the film Joshua.. Thank you @Actor_Krishna for agreeing to do this for me! In return, you are looking really good brother"

Krishna has played the hero in many films including 'Kazhugu' and 'Yaamirukka Bayame' and his upcoming film is 'Thiru Kural' in which he is playing a speech and hearing impaired character.
