Popular actor Naresh the elder brother of Tollywood superstar Mahesh Babu has allegedly in love with actress Pavithra Lokesh. The couple who have denied an affair have however been spotted together at many places.

A couple of days earlier Naresh's third wife Ramya Raghupati caught her husband and Pavithra Lokesh red handed at a hotel room in Mysore. She conducted a dharna there and the hotel management asked the actor and actress to leave.

When Naresh and Pavithra Lokesh came out of the room, Ramya Raghupati attacked them with the slipper she removed from her leg and also used harsh words on them. Naresh on the way to his car alleged that Ramya is having an illicit affair with one Rakesh Reddy and they are planning together to tarnish his image and also physically attacked him.

Ramya Raghupati stated "They claimed that they are best friends but stayed together in a single room all night. I am here raising concern over my son’s future and protecting his interests. I come from a proper Hindu family and I don’t like to get separated from my husband,”

Pavithra Lokesh who recently appeared in R.J. Balaji's 'Veetla Vishesham' on the hand responded “I am not new to Telugu people or the industry. I needn’t explain my relationship with Naresh. To defame me out of her interests is something very upsetting. I felt like why this is happening to me. She is making me the victim and this is not correct. She should settle scores within the family.”

Naresh is the step brother of Mahesh Babu and was born to his mother the late actress Vijaya Nirmala and her first husband Krishnamurthy. He was married to dance master Srinu's daughter and later to Rekha Shastry and Ramya with whom he is currently estranged. It is said that he is planning to marry Pavithra Lokesh for the fourth time once her divorce with her husband Suchendra Prasad.
