This actor plays Shobhan Babu in Kangana Ranaut's Thalaivi!

Actress Kangana Ranaut who had made her debut in Tamil with the Jayam Ravi starrer Dhaam Dhoom directed by Jeeva is making a return to Tamil cinema with the upcoming movie Thalaivi which is the biopic of former Tamil Nadu chief minister and actress Jayalalithaa.

Thalaivi is directed by AL Vijay and is produced by Vibri Media, and recently the teasers of the movie revealing Kangana Ranaut's looks as Chief minister and actress Jayalalitha, as well as Arvind Swami's look as former Chief minister of Tamil Nadu and actor MGR were released.

Now the latest update from team Thalaivi is that the movie will have popular Bengali actor Jisshu Sengupta making his debut in Tamil, and he will be seen playing the role of popular Telugu star Shobhan Babu in Thalaivi. Thalaivi will be released in Tamil, Telugu and Hindi on June 26.
